Offer Negotiation/Moving Toward Closing/After the Close
Upon receipt of an offer, I will provide you honest counsel during the negotiations so that you can be sure that you obtain the best fair price for your home. Once the contract is accepted, we will work our way through the contract-to-close process. I will continue to be your advocate during this process and I will make sure that your interests are protected. Once the property is closed, you can continue to rely on me to be there for you should you have any additional questions or needs.
