Selecting Your New Home/Writing an Offer
Once we have found a home that you like, I will pull comparable sales to ensure that the home is priced competitively for its condition and to give us an idea as to what a reasonable sales price would be for the property. If everything makes sense, we can then write an offer and I will work hard to help negotiate a fair price for the home.
