Taking the time to meet you before we actually go to look at property helps me to learn and understand your interests, likes, dislikes, lifestyle and needs. It also helps us to set mutual expectations so that we can work together with common purpose and goals. It is at this time that I like to discuss the process of the home purchase and the nuances of what is involved in a real estate transaction. The more information you have at the beginning, the less stressful the process will be when it comes time to actually write a contract.
